The Veterinary Wellness Center of North Canton exists as an affordable alternative to high priced veterinary medicine. We believe that all pets should be able to receive the most basic of care at a reasonable price. Vaccines, heartworm tests and preventatives, flea medicines, and minor illness treatment are all offered at our clinic. We do recommend however that you still retain a full service clinic for more serious issues such as parvo, hit by car, blocked urinary tract, etc. At the Veterinary Wellness Center we are committed to remaining kind to your pets as well as your budget.

DR. MELISSA FISHER, DVM

Dr. Melissa Fisher is originially from the southwest corner of Michigan. She earned her Bachelor of Science at Michigan State University. In 2005 she graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine after finishing her clinical year at Oklahoma State University School of Veterinary Medicine.

Dr. Fisher completed a 2 year internship in Diagnostic Imaging. Since completion of her post Doctorate studies, she has participated in multiple research studies, resulting in two peer reviewed publications. She has worked in emergency and shelter medicine, and most recently in general/preventative medicine and surgery.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS

Dr. Fisher will be out of the office from Friday, June 14th through and including Friday, June 28th. ALL prescription refills by Dr. Fisher MUST be called in by Thursday, June 13th, no exceptions. There will be no prescription refills from June 14th through June 28th.

- no refills will be taken on Saturdays.

available after 2:00 pm.

available after 2:00 pm the next day.

REMINDER: Closed on Wednesdays and Sundays
